6 Week course - $317 per person
I'm really excited to be offering this new smaller class. It is a chance for people who would like to go deeper in their journey to more conscious living and to really work on their belief system so it is more suited to who they are today.
Working with a small group can be very rewarding and enlightening. We can often learn a lot about ourselves when sharing and learning from other
people's experiences. It also means that I can give more attention to each individual during the two hour class and everyone can benefit from sharing their experiences - it keeps everyone honest and inspires them to take ownership of their own emotional health.
You'll be filling out a questionaire before the class starts so that I can create a lesson plan for the course. Each week we will look at the issues that you have brought to the group and work through them, letting go of negative emotions, thoughts and beliefs.
We will cover some of the following topics:
* How forgiveness plays a key role in emotional healing
* How the energy you put out does not always match the words you speak
* How to deal with people and experiences that trigger you
* Learning to be more conscious of how you react to situations and people in your every day life
* Using real life examples to discover the best tools to work through your issues.
* Examining your belief system, how it affects your life and adjusting it to something that works better for you now.
* Tools that will help you in your every day life to be more present, loving, peaceful and content.
100% attendance is recommended in order to get the full benefits of the class so I'm asking for a full committment should you decide to sign up.
There will be homework each week so be prepared to commit to more than just the two hour class each week. It is important that you carry the weekly lessons into your every day life in order to make the changes you want to make in your life.
