Drumming brings people together; it is a common focus. The effect of drumming on people’s mental state is very profound. This can be a great stress release.
It increases self-awareness, stimulates creativity and enhances concentration. It is beneficial in team building events and leaves participants with a sense of connection to one another.
When all participants begin by tapping the drum together, it sets the tone and immediately creates a pulse for our organization. It develops group dynamics, cooperation and integrity for all teamwork. We all need to work in harmony at different speeds and at different levels in our institutions and workplace for all members to feel, touch and
inspire one another.
We all need to listen to one another effectively at all times. Playing to a variety of rhythmic patterns in a group setting develops both personal and professional relationships at home and in the workplace.
Through the facilitation and learning of the drum circle experience we all get to invigorate our minds, bodies, have a lot of fun and celebrate life!
Reiki is a hands on healing practice which can help to heal your mind, body and spirit. It can also help to delve deeper into the issues that you may not want to look at.
Reiki is another way to access your deepest desires and conflicts to become more centered and at peace. I will guide you through the treatment with any information that becomes available to me from universal energy, spirit guides or loved ones who have passed. Through this guidance you can let go of the heaviness of your negative emotions, thoughts and beliefs.
For this event each interested participant will receive a 10 minute Reiki treatment at some point throughout the evening.
Seating is limited so register early. Registration prior to event is required in order to reserve your space.
Cost is $25.00 each.
