I'm Bettina Goodwin, a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, speaker, facilitator, writer and because life can never be too sweet, a chocolate maker.
One of my greatest joys in life is to watch as my clients discover the truth of who they really are and soar to heights they never thought possible before. Helping them to become more self-aware so that every moment matters and each day is full of miracles waiting to happen.
My biggest teacher has been my own feelings of unhappiness, loneliness and having the same negative experiences over and over. Through my own path of self-discovery I found my way to joy, love and more meaningful relationships with myself and others.

My passion is working with women to help them have a voice, know their strength and tap into their inner wisdom and beauty. Connecting with the Divine Goddess Within is one of the workshops I facilitate that is nearest and dearest to my heart.
I am married to a wonderful man who loves chocolate and spend my spare time singing in the kitchen as I conjure up new and interesting chocolate recipes. It’s a match made in heaven!
